You will be contacted to confirm cargo pick-up and the moment your cargo arrives at port of destination ( POD) and will be given an estimated delivery time ( EDT). If your shipment has been delayed or compromised in any way, you will be contacted immediately with a Corrective Action Plan to get your shipment back on track and a full investigation will be undertaken to determine the "root cause".
Track and Trace including advised transit times are available for further analysis at regular scheduled KPI reviews.
